Standard shipping is free on every order over $20 — which is every order, since nothing in the shop costs less than that.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
United States Only
We currently ship to the US only — there is no international delivery at checkout. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.
Returns

30-day Returns
Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days of delivery — opened or not — for a full refund of the product price.
How to Return
Email us at hello@taketimeto.me with your order number and we’ll confirm the return address. Return postage is paid by you, and the original shipping is not refunded. Once the item reaches us, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
No Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges—only refunds. If you want a different deck or the coin instead, return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll send a replacement immediately—no return needed, and nothing to pay.
